PRIVACY + PROGRAM BOUNDARIES
Clear is kind.
Life From Kate collects only the information needed to deliver requested resources, register people for events, review cohort applications, communicate program details, and understand whether the program is working. Information is not sold.
Age and guardian involvement
Free-resource access, online registration, and cohort applications are for people age 13 and older. Athletes under 18 confirm that a parent or guardian knows they are joining the email list. Paid program communications with minors also include a parent, guardian, or another appropriate adult.
Educational scope
Life From Kate provides athlete mentorship and mental-skills education. It does not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, crisis intervention, or emergency services. Participation is not a substitute for care from a licensed clinician or qualified medical professional.
Testimonials and results
Final feedback may be requested. Words are not used as testimonials without permission, and an athlete’s name is not published without separate written permission.
Communication and removal
Subscribers can unsubscribe from marketing emails or request removal of their information. Parents and guardians may ask that communications with their minor athlete stop.
Safety
If an athlete is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis resource. Do not use this site for urgent or confidential clinical disclosures.
Before accepting paid participants, have a qualified attorney review the final consent, privacy, refund, safeguarding, and participation documents for your location and audience.
